Sisters in the Struggle: A Leadership Course for Women -July 15-20, 2018

Sisters in the Struggle (SIS) is ETFO's advanced leadership course for women. This week-long course (Sunday, July 15 to Friday, July 20, 2018) is designed for women who are already involved in leadership at the local level. 

Participants are usually graduates of Leaders for Tomorrow or Union School, members of their local executives, participate on local and/or provincial standing committees.  

The course focuses on leadership planning, leadership styles, feminism and unions, work-life balance and community building.
