 An Ounce of Prevention: Knowing Your Rights & Responsibilities
 
This conference provides members in year one to five of their career, the opportunity to engage in a variety of workshops addressing rights and responsibilities related to a member’s work assignment, professional boundaries, teacher performance appraisal, allegations, social media and technology, teacher/parent relationships,  creating culturally inclusive learning environments, building positive professional relationships in the workplace, engaging Indigenous families and communities, and dealing with illness/injury.
