FNMI Online Book Club - Perspectives and the Truth and Reconciliation

The four week FNMI online book club for members Perspectives and the Truth and Reconciliation will be running November 1-29, 2016. 

This program aims to engage members in critical thinking, rich dialogue, and personal reflection and professional connection while learning about the diversity of Aboriginal peoples, perspectives, the residential school system and reconciliation. 

The sessions include opportunities to explore children’s and adult literature, and online resources that reflect diverse Indigenous cultural values, the impacts of the residential school system, and what reconciliation looks like for educators. 

There are twenty online spots available and there is no cost to members. It is on a first come first serve basis.
