ETFO's MentorCoaching Institute for Women: Mentee Program

ETFO's MentorCoaching Institute for Women: Mentee Program is a unique two-year opportunity for women to work with a mentor to realize their union leadership aspirations. Mentees accepted into the program will work with a professionally-trained ETFO woman mentor to help achieve their potential.

Qualifications to be considered as an Institute mentee:

  • Commitment to women’s leadership at ETFO local and/or provincial levels

  • Determination to further social justice, equity and union values

  • Desire to develop leadership confidence and skills.

  • Two-year commitment to the Mentee Program
